Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.

We've put the thought into your thoughtfulness; set up a biweekly delivery of fresh flowers to yourself or a loved one.
How it Works:
1) Select Your Size. All deliveries include a vase that will vary on size depending on price point.
2) Select your first desired Delivery (or Pick up) Date.
- Payment and delivery for sequential orders will be processed every two weeks.
- Orders can be cancelled or modified at any time.
3) Enter any special instructions.
- Standing Order Bouquets are Designer's Choice by nature, but we will do our best to accommodate color palette or style requests.
- As we get a better understanding of the recipient's likes and dislikes, designs evolve more to their taste.
